Must sign up for the Strength and conditioning program ASAP
May 29-equipment handout for the contact camp after school
May 30-June 9 - 10 day Summer contact Camp for all levels
June 9th-4 way scrimmage @ legacy stadium @ Cherokee Trail High
June 18th-Summer Strength and Conditioning Workouts begin (position drills will take place on Tues. and Thurs. after the weight room and conditioning workouts)
