They are offering $29 sports physicals through Oct. 31^st, at select King Soopers:

The clinics are staffed by Board Certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

A yearly high school physical stating the student is physically fit to participate in high school athletics is required. People that are licensed to perform physicals include: MD's, DO's, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Doctors of Chiropractics who are School Physical Certified (DC, Spc.).
